How to Put Your Website Link in Disqus

Saturday, April 07, 2012 7 Comments A+ a-

Disqus is a comment platform system for your blog. I’ve been using it for quite a while now because I find the layout more suited for themes I am using. I prefer it than Blogger’s comment system because I think it is easier to use.

The only thing I don’t like about Disqus is the visibility of where one can put the link of their website. For unregistered user, you need to manually put your website’s link. But others fail to notice the teeny weeny line Optional: Link to your website. For a better understanding, here is a picture showing how you can put your website link in Disqus.

I’ve already marked it red. You just have to click Link to your website.

So, that’s what you have to do. I hope I helped some of you.

I haven't tried using this on my blogs yet but I am looking for positive reviews about this. I'm using the blogger comment form on my blogs because I want to see the faces of my commenters together with their comments but if they come from a wordpress blog platform, their photos don't appear with their comments. Thanks for doing a tutorial on this. This will help me on my future blog designs!

Btw, regarding to your question about niches, it's easy to get approved by sponsored reviews sites if you have a particular niche on your blog. So far, 2 of my blogs receive assignments regularly. And that's really easy to update as they have different niches to talk about.

Here visiting!

Come see my latest review. You will like it for sure! And please also share your opinions with regards to racial discrimination. This movie is all about that. See you there!

No problem with that. Disqus can sync your blogger comments in your new Disqus account. I've done that before. I can make a tutorial here if you need it. :D

TY for highlighting that because I also missed that tiny line and now I wouldn't have to manually type in my URL^^
